Local, accommodating, easy to travel to even by car as there are three convenient car parks which are cheap(ish) depending on your length of stay. Can be busy majority of the time, good for quick and easy shopping as there are a variety of shops and restaurants. Food court and "street dining" is great

Over crowded which makes getting even one item a marthon! Trying to naviagate with kids in toe means is just asking for trouble, tantrums and more tantrums! Top all of this that you have to pay for the pleasure of parking. Why not introduce free parking if you spend over £20 like Canary Wharf. The parking is a pure cashcow for the owners and as always the consumer foots the bill!

Very bad customer service . Staff is so rude . I took out a contract with speakers deal . They said come after 2 days to collect speakers and then they made me visit store after every 2-3 days . When 14 days passed I went to store they said what speakers and do whatever u can not cancel the contract . Very Dissappointed

Be very, very careful when you choose to visit. School holidays, weekends and weekdays after 3pm the place if jammed with non-buying teenagers drifting around, which makes just walking through this place an ordeal. If you can cope with the crowds there is a comparable range of outlets to Lakeside and a much, much better food court and a few nice speciality food shops. You have the added bonus of being able to walk over to the old part of stratford and buy reasonably priced meat and veg from real butchers and greengrocers.

They have thousands of spaces for cars yet charge you extortionate parking costs. They have increased their charges by 100% over the last 2 years. £5 for anything over an hour and £9 for 3 hours or more. This is stratford, a low income area and a lot of shoppers will not have the disposable income to support the shops. Why on earth would you drive your middle income shoppers away with parking costs? Anyway this mall is now on my "last resort" list for shopping.

Parking is a joke! Swear it was like £20 for 2 hours or something ridiculous like that! Way overpriced parking for a mall where you're already spending money in for them to turn around and rip you off with parking Besides they've got like 10 billion spaces!! U know what!? I'd rather drive the extra bit and go to Lakeside or even bluewater. Both of which are much less busier and a lot fewer teenagers! Hey maybe if Westfield are that into ripping people off, perhaps it's an idea to start charging teenagers a pound to come in! And use that to subsidise the parking! The people who ACTUALLY spend money in there!

Lots of places to shop and eat, over 250 shops & 70 eateries, not to mention a cinema, bowling alley and casino all within, absolutely massive, it is one of Europe's largest malls and to top things off it often has little events going on. Love the place! However if you don't like masses of shoppers then you may not want to shop on the weekends as it is totally rammed. You could easily spend your whole day here and have fun, especially regarding how long it would take just to visit each and every shop. Easy to access via public transport and by car, plenty of parking space which will also accommodate cyclists too... Lastly there is a useful little Westfield app you can download to find specific shops easily and find out information, oh and don't worry there is free Wi-Fi all over.

Massive shopping centre (biggest in Europe I think), and has a better range for me than the West Westfields - more high-street, less high end. Plenty of places to eat and drink - if you can, get to "The Street" as it tends to be far less busy and has some great choices. Best times to visit = the last hour of the day when everyone else has gone home (7-8 most of the year, later over Christmas)
