CapitaLand to boost presence in Vietnam, with plans to grow fund under management there to S$1 billion.

In China, CapitaLand will maintain a pipeline of development sites through private negotiations or urban renewal projects, like the Datansha Island Urban Renewal project in Guangzhou. CapitaLand is developing 21 plots of land on Datansha island spanning about 0.42 sq km which are expected to generate up to 2 million sqm of GFA.

CapitaLand's CapitaGreen receives the BCA Construction Productivity Award - Platinum, the first ever Platinum award given out to a commercial development, and the Construction Excellence Award. From design to construction, innovative methods and technologies have allowed for greater precision and shorter building time. A 40-storey premium Grade A office tower in the Central Business District, CapitaGreen was Singapore’s first building under development to use supercrete, a special grade ultra-high strength concrete which significantly reduced the amount of concrete needed.
