A few months back, I was scrolling through Facebook and stumbled upon The Tint Shop and one of their promos. I ended up winning a tint job at a ridiculously good price. Previously, I had work done on a past car I had my tint done as well, nothing but a great experience. A job well done, everyone was friendly and they were very helpful with all the questions I had. If you want to have tint, audio/video, graphics, plasti-dip, etc installed correctly, these are the people to go to. They specialize in this and they know what they are doing. Perfection takes time, patience is a virtue!! Thanks guys! :)

Took my car in around beginning of March to get tinted, as I was pulling out noticed that an inside piece of trim was missing and was able to find it on the floor of my car and brought it back inside (along with a spray bottle that had been left). They were unable to reattach it as a peeve had been broken. Was told that a part would be in the next day (Saturday). Didn't get the part back until Monday and decided to stop in before work to have it fixed and to have the window gaskets looked at as those too were damaged during the tint job. Trim piece gets fixed, the GM I believe looked at the car and didn't seem too happy with the job done and says they need to order new window gaskets and potentially retint some of the windows. 1 week goes by and I call to get status on the parts and am told maybe tomorrow and I'll get called as soon as they're in. Another 8 days go by and again I call and am told that they came in the other day, though nobody bothered to call. Today I dropped car off at 9:30am to have the window gaskets replaced. Ask the manager about how long I'll be waiting and he says he doesn't want to rush them and make them do a bad job and make me have to come back again. I wait around for 2 hours before leaving, and called a little more than 2 hours later for an update only to find out they did not have the correct parts. 4 hours to find out they don't have the right part and that I need to come back again. Customer service seems decent until they're already paid and problems arise. I have to wait again for parts and for them to fix something that really should have been done right the first time..not the fourth.

They did a great job for me. I drove from Syracuse to Rochester just because of a referral, and it was completely worth it. The price was right, the explanation of the different types of tints was very clear and they took care of my vehicle in a timely manner. Thanks Chris!

Got my windows tinted, let it dry for the 5 days they told me to do. After checking out the tint, seen peeling from the edges so had to go back and get done over. Then they will tell you the price they will do it for you, but don't tell you that you have to pay for the tint until you choose the one you want. So unfortunately I almost ended up paying $300 just to tint the windows. When the first price he told me was less than $200 so make sure to ask questions.

Take your car to tint shop at your own peril, i had my car tinted and remote start done. I came in as early as 9am and was told my car would be ready in 3hrs i ended up staying the whole day plus i had to go back to them because the remote start would not work sometimes, luckily i still have the factory remote which i use to have access to my car, this has happened on more than one occasion. These guys are only there for your money, the interior of the building could make one throw if your sensitive to your surrounding and i have always wondered why there are always cops parked in their lot especially if you go their in the morning. If your gangster you can come here but if you want somewhere that is with class and posh i suggest you go to ZIEBART HENRIETTA.

Called a bunch of places shopping around, Chris was unlike any other sales guy I spoke with, he let me choose what I wanted, explained everything to me very in depth, and got me an outstanding price. The quality of work was above and beyond my expectations. Chris just made me a customer for life. Would not trust anyone else with my car.

Great customer service!!! Tom the salesmen there was incredably helpful with not only picking out a set up for my truck but explaing the differences between brands and what the advantages and disadvantages between each brand is and what was best for me. Tom really helped with the price on system, parts and labor also he worked the drop off and pick up of my vehicle around my work schedule he even offered to give me a ride to work if I needed it. The stereo and back up cam were installed and operated as promised it was worth every Penny thanks to Tom, the tint shop and their crew for the amazing service and delivering as they promised!!!

I went and had two cars windows tinted by them Christmas week.I drop both cars off at 10 am and was told by six (they close at 6pm)they would be done. When I arrive both cars are not done,I waited till 7pm(remember they close at 6pm) when finally both cars get finished up.So I look at the work they did on my cars the following day and notice on my civic(1stcar) all four side windows, and the back have bubbles in them(or pulling away from window). So we inspect the impala(2ndcar) and notice it has 1 side window and back window have bubbles in them.So the following day we go to the tint shop, they were able to fix three side windows, and rear window but had to replace the passenger front one on the civic. On the impala they had to replace the two windows. When they worked in my civic they scratched my paint around the windows on every door.So I point it out to them, they say when they took my door panels off to tint the windows.Trying to put the panels back on they must of scratched it.Because it wasn't around just one window it was everywindow I couldn't beleive they wouldn't tell me.I had to get in my car and notice the mutiple scratches on every window jam.So I schedule a day to have the paint fixed a few days later. So a few day go by and wouldn't you know my passenger window is jammed and will not roll up.The day I went back to have my window fixed and paint touched up they tell me it was a seal that they didn't install right was making my window not work.I can not beleive the poor quality work they did to my car, they say ohh we do expensive cars and all type of high end work but you cant do a 2010 civic without you scratching my paint or messing up my window seals. In my eyes if I pay to have my windows tinted, they should be trying to do it right the first time. Not making me bring it in two other times to fix the poor work.If you ever consider getting work by them you will have to think is tinted windows worth scratched paint, windows not wanting to roll up the same as before and mutiple trips for them to refix their mistakes. To me all the stress and mutiple time back to the shop to have it fixed wasn't worth it in the end.
