In a random sampling of public opinion taken by the Forum Poll™ among 1268 Canadian voters, well more than a third will vote NDP if a federal election were held today (36%), while just more than a quarter would vote either Liberal or Conservative (28% each).

The label specialises in buying brand new work clothes from leading suppliers such as King Gee, Levi Strauss and RB Sellars and giving them to struggling farmers around Australia.

After a period of between 6 to 12 months, the farmers are sent new jeans and shirts in return for their old ones.

“And the idea took off,” he said.

“Who knew the market for fucked old jeans was so big?”

Go ahead and see how many messages in your chats have locations attached. I’m guessing it’s a lot of them. And if this isn't already starting to get a bit weird, the first thing I noticed when I started to write my code was that the latitude and longitude coordinates of the message locations have more than 5 decimal places of precision, making it possible to pinpoint the sender’s location to less than a meter.
(Full Disclosure: I will be starting an internship at Facebook on an unrelated team in June of 2015)

Microsoft should just go the Google/Android route and make the OS free for everybody. Then make the profits from the app market, search, Skype, and other services.

A dog who had been eating twigs and rocks just a few months ago has found a happy ending. The Weimaraner named Alex was picked up on the streets of New Orleans in October 2014 and was taken to Vermillion Parish’s Rabies Animal Control weighing just 43 pounds. Alex was so severely emaciated that when […]

Horrible experience. Brokers do not return calls and apparently cannot even contact insurance companies to complete policies. I had to call another broker literally on the closing day to get insurance so i could pick up the keys to my new home (which they were able to complete within an hour, something Cambridge Insurance wasn't able to do in a week).

Great family run business. They even gave me my own blue laundry bag to make the drop offs quicker! And as far as i can tell they're the cheapest in the area.

Went for lunch. Got the spaghetti carbonara, it was fairly bland with probably only one strip of bacon in the carbonara. The other dishes my companions had looked far better.

Went there for Father's Day. Just an awful experience throughout. It began with the seating. The table we were at was unbalanced and noticeably wobbly. Ordered the Father's Day special. At least half the dishes were obviously cooked ahead of time, because they came to the table cold (or only heated on the outside with the inside still cold). The dishes came in an disorganized order, so food that obviously should have gone together came at odd times. Our drinks were late, and had to repeated ask over and over again for them to be made/brought to the table. When they did arrived, they were very bland (my mango shake didn't even taste like mango). We were a table of 6, and when we ordered hot sauce, they brought tiny little serving of hot sauce. We had to reordered the hot sauce like 6 times. This was a banquet meal, and we were only given 1 tiny napkin each, and again, asking for more they would only bring a couple each time. And the kicker? Tips is calculated on the receipt automatically. POOR SERVICE. POOR FOOD. POOR EXPERIENCE.

Fantastic hole in the wall place. Good value for awesome food... not much more than what it would cost at Taco Bell, but good authentic food (not that i don't like Taco Bell). Highly recommend it!
