The man who might be Colorado's next governor wants to repeal legal marijuana:
The question, posed to both Gov. John Hickenlooper and his Republican challenger Bob Beauprez at a debate Oct. 9, was simple enough: "Should we repeal the law allowing legal sales of recreational marijuana?" "Yes, I think we're at that point," Beauprez said.

What happens when a former strip club is turned into a marijuana shop? From Shotgun Willie's to The Smoking Gun ...
In Nov. 2013, Colorado strip club Shotgun Willie's closed its doors at 490 S. Colorado Blvd. forever -- and immediately reopened some brand new doors right across the parking lot. The new Shotgun Willie's is bigger, brighter and better -- and the old building will soon be demolished so that construction can start for the site's new tenants: A marijuana shop with a clever homage of a name.

A female college student at Northeastern Junior College in Sterling had a gram of pot stolen from her dorm room and reported the theft to the Sterling Police Department on May 9. Problem is, 19-year-old Aurelia Paici isn't old enough to legally possess marijuana in Colorado sans a medical license.

This #potstocks  #investor turned $75K to $325K in one year. Here are three #stocks he thinks are about to take off:
Amateur trader Steve Templeton turned a $77,500 investment in pot stocks into more than $325,000 in about a year. Since much of that profit came from highly volatile marijuana penny stocks, Templeton has seen his fair share of luck — including the prosperous market that defined much of 2013.
