Don't care for the laughing, Giggling and smugness of the people behind the reception area. One doctor I saw treated me as if I were lying about a sore throat but noticed it was irritated which later turned into something more serious. They do not return calls letting you know about test results. If you need a letter for work or school make sure it says what it needs to say or else your screwed.

Waited an hour this afternoon before they told me they did not accept my insurance, even though it's listed on their website. What a sham. Then when I hesitantly agreed to pay their self pay rate of $125 plus tests, I wait some more. Finally when they kept taking people who arrived after me, I left. I'd had a fever of 102 and just wanted tamiflu before it was too late to take it. (They accepted our insurance a couple months back when my wife to a daughter there.) I should have gone to the national drug store chain half a block away that does accept our insurance. Shame on me. But shame on them.

The doctors and nurses are very friendly and professional. HOWEVER, the ladies at the front desk are rude and stuck up. They give you snarky remarks and talk to you as if you were inferior. They don't say please or thank you, which are basic manners. They don't look at you when they are speaking to you. For receptionists, I would think they would be a little friendlier.

Great service! It's fast. In and out. They even call and see if you are okay days later

The word "urgent" makes me laugh (if I could I would anyway because I'm in a lot of pain) as I've been sitting and waiting for over an hour now. It's not peak time, they are not busy.. I asked. Someone please save me from this hell hole..

If you know whats wrong and need urgent medical attention, this is the place to go. You'll be treated much more quickly than through an ER. HOWEVER, for anything remotely complicated or unique, you're better off with a hospital ER. Doctors and nurses are good, but front desk is less than stellar. They are not a friendly bunch.

I wish I could give this six stars. Never have I dealt with medical care as smoothly run as CityMD Urgent Care. On a Sunday morning I went because I thought I might have a sinus infection. I saw a doctor within about 20 minutes, everyone was polite and friendly, the place was clean, and after listening to my symptoms and doing basic tests I was diagnosed. They told me it could still be a cold, but if in a day I still felt terrible that I should take the antibiotics they prescribed on the spot. I was back in my apartment in about 40 minutes. Just wow.

CityMD hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
