Mixed review. Pros: - Excellent products. Trek and other brands sold at this store are top notch. - Selection. I had a variety of brands, models, colors, and features to choose from. - Knowledgeable sales staff. Cons: - Price. You won't find a deal here. Everything is either list price or higher. My recommendation...purchase your bike here, but buy your accessories on Amazon. - Service. I was told my new bike would be setup within 30 mins and they would call me. A day later and still no call. I called them the next day, yes the bike was ready. Went the third day to pick it up and there was not enough staff at the store to service customers, so I had to wait. Unfortunately, the customers ahead of me were there to complain about service, so the wait was fairly lengthy. -Support. At time of pickup, my bike was not fitted to me. The features were also not explained. Luckily, a wee but mighty high school girl who works there came up and asked if I needed help, then helped me get the new bike into the trunk of my car. I did receive an owner's manual, but am not sure if it went with my bike since it was from 2011 and my was made in...actually I don't know, but I probably should, right? Summary A great place to purchase a quality bike if you are not looking for a deal and are patient to wait for staff to help you. I would go back, but would also shop around first.
