Today it's trail mix that includes pumpkin seeds, almonds, peanuts, cranberries, and raisins...a great combination for digestive movement...if you know what I mean. I also have some ruby red grapefruit that I need to eat today. I love acidic fruits. What's on y'all's snack list today?
