I am yet to come across a Foodie who is not a PAV BHAJI FAN
Here's Pumkin Pav BHaji which is a great way to make your kids eat those veggies which they never ever want to eat.
Looks at these pics they will never know it has Pumkin, Lauki and Cauliflower !!
I love the eat Pav Bhaji next day as it is more tastier, Do you agree with me !!

I had tried Beetroot Sponge Dosa at Kolhapur, was amazed to see how a small street joint can come up such an innovation.
Loni Dosa is a soft,spongy and porus Dosa quiet popular in Bangalore and Pune.
Beetroot variation held me spell bound and made me recreate the recipe in my kitchen !!

No matter how much we boast of Chowmein,Wontons and Dumplings at fine dine restaurants deep down we all love Indo-Chinese versions of Manchurian,Chinese Bhel,Spring Rolls !!!!
My current favorite is " DRY OATS MANCHURIAN " and its NOT FRIED !!!
As soon it starts raining, I prepare a batch of these Oats Manchurian in Appe Pan . So when are you making your Oats Manchurian Pakoda :P :P

I always have "Kuch Meetha Ho Jaye" feeling after Dinner !! To satisfying those crazy taste buds I made Rajgira Jaggery Sheera aka Amaranth Flour Dessert. A Quick recipe which gets ready in minutes by making in microwave which makes an excellent dessert for this Fasting Season as well

Roasted Flour Wadas/South Gujarat Wadas

A rustic and Earthy flavored Wada made up from Slow roasting of Grains-Dal which is further grounded into a coarse flour. A batter prepared with minimal spices and curd turns into a crispy Wadas. The magical Aroma and the tasted worth an effort !!
