I used to think this way a long time ago; I have changed my mind, since then. The reason why I changed my mind was because I also used words like: "It's not fair," "Good & Evil," "You will be rewarded for doing good."
Good and evil is subjective. You can consider something to be good while someone else deems is immoral or indecent. So, if there is some kind of ranking system, then, there must also be rules. Rules constructed by someone. By your own logic, that would mean that there is a God.
Life isn't fair. Simply because we want something doesn't make it anymore true. Wanting to go to heaven doesn't mean there is one. Wanting to have another life after death doesn't mean there is one waiting for you.
The point I'm trying to get at is that we try to come up with explanations as to what will happen to us when we die. To make ourselves feel better, we say good things will happen to 'good people.' I just find that to be really egotistical.
Anyway, thanks for speaking your opinion, Onision.
