Those of us who regularly volunteer in the WordPress.com Community Support Forums are well acquainted with user frustrations when it comes to getting a timely answer to an urgent question. What doesn’t always seem obvious is that answers to many of the questions asked in the forums can be found in one of the best resources around – The WordPress.com Support Site.

It still comes as a shock to some community members that WordPress.com runs advertising on free hosted sites, unless you’ve purchased the annually renewable No Ads upgrade to remove them. This is stated in the Terms of Service that everyone agrees to when signing up for a website here.

Recently however, WordPress.com has made a much appreciated step in making site owners more aware of possible ads.

So not having switched to standard time as expected, we're having just a bit of a syncing problem between office computers and Outlook calendars. MS pushed out an update for any computer that switched automatically to IST, but only for computers whose OS is in English, not Hebrew.  מה?!
