Exceptional Northern Italian cuisine matches the warm and inviting setting, the result of Chef Elise Wiggins and her team's commitment to the motto, "Chi mangia bene, vive bene."

We used Panzano for our Board of Advisers dinner and it worked great. We had the private room in the back. The appetizers were great, the service was impeccable, attentive, but not intrusive. They kept us on schedule again without being intrusive. Everyone was raving about the tenderloin the next day. Overall an A+, I recommend this for your next dinner that requires a private room. We were required to spend $100/head and they wave the room reservation fee. However, they did add a $50 bar tending fee.

Panzano's is a great place to try less traditional Italian dishes that other restaurants don't typically offer. Our wait staff was very prompt and knowledgeable . Every menu item was made with great detail. The food was amazing and the entire experience was enjoyable. If you get a chance to sit at the chef's table I would highly suggest it. Elise and her staff members are impressive to say the least. They really are efficient and exhibit culinary talent.

This restaurant was definitely an experience not good but not horrible either! we were seated by the window so very cold! Especially since it was snowing outside. our server was good and explained everything. However at the end he ruined it by a very obnoxious comment he made towards my husband, unnecessary and very unprofessional on his part. Back to the food the appetizers we're very good. The different combinations did in fact go well with one another. As for dinner that's a whole different topic!!! "There is a saying keep it simple because it works." That's what the chef's should have done. We had the creme brulee dessert that was pretty good. Most likely will not be going back... Oh and hostess needs to update ALL patrons that parking is free if you park at the hotel garage. was not aware of this until after a $10.00 parking fee!!!

Over the past several years, I've had the pleasure of eating at Panzano five times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. First I must compliment Chef Elise Wiggins on her serious culinary skills and vision. Eating here periodically over the last several years has been like watching a beautiful flower blossoming. That said, this is not a traditional Italian restaurant. The creative ethic here is modern, at times even deconstructed. Not in a fabricated or pretentious way, but rather with respectful and playful sensibilities. Prepare to have your presumptions about Italian cuisine challenged, but the gourmand will find oneself utterly fulfilled.

decided to eat here since we were in the area and it was one of the only places still open. There were two workers at the time, and both of them were really cool and respectful.
