Exceptional Northern Italian cuisine matches the warm and inviting setting, the result of Chef Elise Wiggins and her team's commitment to the motto, "Chi mangia bene, vive bene."

Panzano's is a great place to try less traditional Italian dishes that other restaurants don't typically offer. Our wait staff was very prompt and knowledgeable . Every menu item was made with great detail. The food was amazing and the entire experience was enjoyable. If you get a chance to sit at the chef's table I would highly suggest it. Elise and her staff members are impressive to say the least. They really are efficient and exhibit culinary talent.

This restaurant was definitely an experience not good but not horrible either! we were seated by the window so very cold! Especially since it was snowing outside. our server was good and explained everything. However at the end he ruined it by a very obnoxious comment he made towards my husband, unnecessary and very unprofessional on his part. Back to the food the appetizers we're very good. The different combinations did in fact go well with one another. As for dinner that's a whole different topic!!! "There is a saying keep it simple because it works." That's what the chef's should have done. We had the creme brulee dessert that was pretty good. Most likely will not be going back... Oh and hostess needs to update ALL patrons that parking is free if you park at the hotel garage. was not aware of this until after a $10.00 parking fee!!!

Intriguing flavor combinations that sounded odd together but worked extremely well with the taste buds. Suggest going with a group of people so that you can taste a lot of different items. Brussel sprouts are a must and most unique version I've experienced. The flatbread with the prosciutto and truffle oil gets thumbs up. As an FYI all of the pasta entrées can be ordered as a half order. I got half of gnocchi with duck and the pastiche. Pastiche was so interesting. Best flavor combos I've had in awhile without being overdone. Recommend butterscotch pudding and strawberry pepper creme brûlée for dessert. Service gets a thumbs up as well. The waiters recommendations deserve a clap clap.

c'mon people, this is not true Italian food. The food was beautiful and impressive looking, but none of it had the taste and the palate of real Italian. In Italy the food is great for several reasons... good cooks who know how to make Italian food, fresh ingredients and fresh FRESH produce. That combination is not at Panzano. Go for 'Americanized' Italian food... Olive Garden meets Italian food. Too much processed ingredients, line cooks who cook per 'recipe' and 'meh' food.
