And this week's post is a moreish Thai-inspired meatball that is in fact one third vegetables. I love hiding veg in my food. It makes meat go so much further which is a good thing on so many levels.

The recipe is #Pale  and #glutenfree and I also include a simple yet very flavoursome dipping sauce made of chilli and lime, sweetened with coconut sugar.

This is the recipe for one of my first #Paleo  baking successes. Totally yum, this is my 5-Spice Raspberry & Banana Cake with Coconut Lemon Icing. Smells incredible when baking, you'll want to bottle the fragrance.

This is one of my favourite salads of all time - my (much) healthier version of an Asian-inspired Australian BBQ classic. Mrs Chang's Crunchy Wombok, Mango & Cucumber Salad.

(Wombok as it's known in Australia is what Americans call a napa cabbage.)
