Delicious dishes cooked by one of our former child!

Last week, our former child who is now studying culinary arts was in charge of this fine dining lunch. He has to manage, supervise as well as helping to cook the dishes throughout the whole event. (We are now still supporting him through other misc costs on studies + his pocket money).

So we decided to drop by and show him some support! The dishes were really not bad! :)

If all goes well, he will finish his studies in a month's time with only internship left to go for his Diploma to be completed

“They sent us the letter and just said, sorry, we are cutting off your funding"

"Pusenthi said most of the RM300,000 received yearly from the ministry went towards operations, including staff salaries, while programmes for the youth were sponsored by companies from their corporate social responsibility budgets.

Activities at the centre are designed to motivate, inspire and engage youth in creative expression, as well as to teach them skills for self-sufficiency."
