Two of my favorite ingredients, this sounds like something I must try

I love hummus. . . and baba ganouj (eggplant dip). So figured I'd combine the two! This EGGPLANT-CHICKPEA SPREAD was a smashing success--great in sandwiches, too! http://bit.ly/eggplantchickpeaspread

Quick and easy cocoa loaf cake with a hint of heat from chili powder. Not too sweet, it pairs well with fresh raspberries or even a pat of butter for a bit more richness.

Brussels sprouts aren't typical Indian fare, but their sweet, earthy and green flavor goes suprisingly well with south Indian tomato and tamarind curry flavors

Indian radish raita sounds lovely, even if it's not summer yet

Mooli (Indian radish) is an excellent cooler in summers and is beneficial to cure heat related illnesses. When mixed with yogurt and cumin seeds, the nutritional value increases manifold. Try this Mooli raita even if you don’t like the pungent smell, am sure you will change your mind!

I love the idea of using panch phoron ... an amazing spice blend ... in parathas

This Green Peas Paratha from the state of U.P. and Bihar is so flavoursome, you would definitely want  to make it again. The use of panch-phoran brings in such great flavours and enhances the digestibility too.
