As a profit coach I bring together the financial understanding of an accountant with the commercial savvy of a marketing expert. I have the mind of an accountant and the heart of a marketer which means there is a clear focus on widening the gap between sales revenue and costs.

I have a weakness for helping business owners who are very nice but struggling. It gives me a real buzz to make a real difference.

It became our weekly supermarket for a while because it is very close but we stopped going because of so many pricing errors. The customer service said it wasn't the store's fault but we had much fewer problems with other Tesco stores. I've gone back a few times since (because it is so near) and it seems to have improved but I still check my receipts very carefully before I leave the store.
