Dette er efterhånden blevet min vigtigste regel og motivation, (også) når det drejer sig om CRM. Hvor nogen ser modarbejde eller måske endda modvilje, foreslår jeg, at enhver afvisning eller indvending tages som input til at gøre noget bedre. Det vil jeg her uddybe i tre hovedretninger indenfor CRM. I bogen ”Få succes med CRM” har jeg givet nogle eksempler på cases, hvor ’brok’ endte med at blive startskuddet til noget fantastisk, en kæmpe gevins...
