I have been thinking about the value of life and I thought does there really need to be an answer? The value of life may be to be clueless of what life actually is. Not knowing if there is a God and if there is life after death is kind of interesting. Lets pretend we know for fact God exist and for fact we know where we go after death; the world is different now that we know. There is no need to wonder about existence and try new ideas and learn from mistakes. Life may be about wondering about our existence, seeing how we react to suffering, and lying in your death bed thinking what path is man going down and knowing that you really don't know.

But to put forth no effort to try to answer a question with freely available information is a waste of an entire communities resources.

Bill Reed: Our Brains seem to have two different systems for making decisions: One slow and deliberative -- which we call "reason" or "logic" -- which is properly used when we have some time to make the decision, and other slow and immediate -- "intuitive," "emotional" -- properly used for making urgent, life or death, decisions. The Slow system is more accurate and the fast one is prone to errors but usually "fails upward" ... for instance to incorrectly respond to an imagined tiger in the bushes is better than failing to respond to the real tiger in the bushes. Now the Quick system is so quick that we may not be conscious of having made a decision, making it seems as if it were made without thought.

I have been thinking about why people are homosexual and I think everyone is homosexual atleast at an extent. All people of the same sex can see atleast a slight beauty in each other. I know that a man is better looking than I because he may be physically fit, has a sharp hair cut, smooth face. All of my examples are things a women will find sexually attractive. I do not think those of the same sex have the same level of sexual desire for the same sex as compared to those of the opposite sex. Why would we have sexual desire for the same sex as we do you may ask? It is so we know what we are competing against. We need to see the same sex sexually so we can ask our self, "What is it they are doing that I am doing wrong?" or "Do I even have a chance to compete against this person?" The reason people actually have sex with the same sex is because they either can not win the lady/gentlemen or they biologically somehow have more attraction to the same sex than most.

young people nowadays start to learn at 3 years old and they have mother english teachers, they take also official certificates, these people are going to speak a very good english

international people are used to speak with a generation of people have study more english than their own languages (that they know very bad sometimes)
for these generations of people is natural speak english, also they travel a lot and start to work later

this is a false prespective of multiculturalism and a false generalization what people really think

lot of things are invisibile in this world because there are not the tools for sharing (computer, language, internet connection)

i belong a generation of people didn't have this kind of education (even in the porpouses, our education wasn't about work, job), most of people my age and my same social position they simply dont' know a word of english

to me this was something i didn't like,
so i simply learnt it

there are difficulties when you start very late that are intresting to speak,
but you have also advantages

it's like study philosphy,
you usually do it at school when you are young, but philosophy it's something you can like more when you are an adult and you have experimented something of life, and you need to understand what is elaborate life itself in a different way

i think in english could be the same

i sometimes think the difficulties and the weaknees of my english are symbolic, they mean i have too many of my culture, too many my past, too of my own history, too cold war and wall culture, too of my language and this is reason i can't reset everything, because this is what you really need and this is reason it's easy for young people

but this is not necessary negative, i dont' want really reset everything, i want only add something without lost nothing what i'm

i'm in the right way

I have always had people asking me questions like you have to decide to kill either your mom or your Dad or else the world will end. I found these questions troubling because if I was actually put into a situation like that I think I would have to choose but I also don't. I can't find any articles about this so I was wondering if there was possibly a more professional way to answer questions like these. p.s. I am no professional.

And does my refusal to be an active participant obligate them to destroy the world? This destruction doesn't just automatically happen. It's made to happen.

Zak Silva-Sampaio: +Richard Andrews Sure, the creator of the dilemma is the morally corrupt party in this case. I'm not invested in arguing against that point.

But sense that is the case, then your not morally at fault no matter what you pick to do. Yet, you still prefer not to directly take action.

Your preference not to take direct action is what I find interesting. It's as if you believe your action to directly kill your ma or pa is still morally corrupt even if you were forced to.

I'm not saying your wrong about what you believe.

Richard Andrews: How can I be physically forced to kill someone? The force would have to overpower my resisting force, so the one applying the force is the killer. Their will is to kill, and my will is not to kill. Suppose someone stronger than me forces a gun into my hand, forces my finger onto the trigger, forces me to aim, and forces the trigger-pull. All the while, I resist or am passive. Who has done the shooting? Plainly, the person applying the force. The homicidal will and action is theirs, not mine.

If I decide not to kill a parent directly, I am not then "killing them indirectly". They are being killed by the evil entity, and I am in no way responsible for it. My passivity doesn't force anyone to do anything.
