I love cooking and eating fashionably decorated food. At the same time, I wanted to lose weight without feeling hungry as well as to enhance my skin. YOSHIKOlicious Beauty is about food focused on ingredients which make the skin beautiful. I created Yoshiko's 6 Eating Tips for Beauty spring 2012 to lose weight by eating well without feeling starved. I lost 16 pounds by this method in about one year. It does not bring quick effect but it helped to transfer my body to the one which would gain less weight and be easier to lose weight and less worry about rebound than just cutting carbo. I will also introduce my favorite places in New York for eating and drinking for beauty. 食べることが大好きで、お洒落な料理をつくることも大好き。おなかすいた~と感じることなく痩せられて、しかも美肌効果のある食べ物を食べながら痩せたい私。YOSHIKOlicious Beautyは、美肌効果の高い食材に焦点を当てた美容食についてのブログです。しっかり食べながら痩せられるYOSHIKOの美容食生活6か条を12年春に考案し、約1年で7キロ以上痩せました。即効力はありませんが、単に炭水化物をカットするより、痩せやすく太りにくくリバウンドしにくい体質をつくることに役立っています。このブログではまた、美容のために食べたり飲んだりする上で役立っている、ニューヨークのお気に入りの場所も紹介していきます。
