I am a Ph.D. student and researcher in the Computer Science Department
at Stanford University. I’m a member of the Human-Computer Interaction Group
, and my research, advised by Jeffrey Heer
, focuses on topics in social computing and visual analytics for social data.
I also obtained an M.A. in Philosophy and a B.S. in Mathematics from Stanford back in 2006. In between, I was lucky enough to work with the Augmented Social Cognition Group
at PARC on several projects in the area of social computing and cognition.Research keywords: online communities, social networks, human-information interaction, information networks, computational social science.
