Four years ago, when the Chrome team launched an initial, beta version of the browser, the web was a very different place. Head over to the Chrome Blog for some reflections on how the web (and how people use it) have evolved since 2008: http://goo.gl/nkj7q.

If you’d like to travel back in time to some cool moments in Chrome’s history, check out out the new Chrome Time Machine below. If you find the hidden clue and type in the secret code, you might be able to secure yourself a special birthday gift from the Chrome team....

+Google 's Cube game provides a fun labyrinth-style game on 3D +Google Maps surfaces while teaching you a thing or two about Google services.

I am personally enjoying the look and feel of the #newgoogleplus and really have no issue with the #whitespace . Perhaps for a high resolution monitor I can see the issue, but I always believe that white space is a necessity in any design. Give yours eyes a break from all this distracting clutter that fills up the majority of the internet, particularly the most recent UI designs of social networks.

Yes! Make it happen +Google.
We think technology should work for you—to be there when you need it and get out of your way when you don’t.

A group of us from Google[x] started Project Glass to build this kind of technology, one that helps you explore and share your world, putting you back in the moment. We’re sharing this information now because we want to start a conversation and learn from your valuable input. So we took a few design photos to show what this technology could look like and created a video to demonstrate what it might enable you to do.

Please follow along as we share some of our ideas and stories. We’d love to hear yours, too. What would you like to see from Project Glass?

This looks like it could become an excellent tool for independent event promoters looking for a somewhat accessible way (provided you have an iPad) to offer credit card processing and ticket printing for events. I certainly would have considered using it if it was available back when I was regular booking local music shows.

+Barack Obama in a Google+ Hangout

Absolutely incredible utilization of +Google+ and social media. I believe this needs to be looked upon by our national leaders as a standard for public relations and social media usage.
Missed the Hangout with President Obama? Check out the full video here and let us know what you thought.
