Noodle Sword Day this Saturday.  Haven't had an event quite like this before.  Should be a good time.  I must say that foam pool noodles are one of the most versatile training tools on the planet...and cheap to boot.

Here's a small clip from a parent seminar I gave in January.  It's a good reminder of the power of no (and the 148,000 no's you heard from the time you were born until you turned 18!).

Great weekend back at the farm with my parents.  I realize that many of the lessons I teach to my karate students comes more from farming than martial arts.  Maybe my ancestors were displaced samurai. -lol

Had a fantastic holiday party with many of the families from Karate America.  It's so great to have these get-togethers  outside the school.  It's very humbling to see the impact you have on so many others.

Had a great weekend watching friends and mentors promote to their 5th, 6th, and 7th degree black belts.  All of these people have added immeasurable values to many, many lives.

The Festival group was an awesome group of people to work with.  They were friendly, fun, and willing to learn.

Go fast, go hard, but make sure you go with a plan.  Running hard into a wall doesn't make much sense.

Great weekend going through MA1st seminar for owners and instructors.  The best part is seeing the staff come back with a whole new level of enthusiasm and motivation.

What are the incremental choices you are making today the will have significant results in your future?
