Easily the best runway at Logan. 15L/33R is a shining example of what a true American runway can be. It's classy yet understand, it carries it's self with a quiet swagger that is the benchmark of a strong, confidant runway. That being said, runway 9/27 is that runway that makes you feel dangerous, but also safe. Like if you are taking a flight for a quick business trip to Newark but plan on returning home the same day.

Don't let the facts dictate what you think of this runway. Anyone who tells you this runway is too short or impractical, is simply soft. If your pilot and your airline can't manage to get airborne off this baby, they don't deserve your money.

It is said that at the crack of dawn and at dusk you can see Paul Revere riding down 15L/33R warning the town folk of the British invasion and that all that land on 15L/33R will be brought good fortune, unless of course they are British, then they will just suck.

This 2577 foot hidden gem at Logan Airport is not to be missed! Great views, close to the terminals, and an exciting takeoff/landing since it always looks like you're going to end up in the harbor. I hope they put long-haul Asian flights on this runway soon!

What 15L/33R lacks in length, it makes up for in skill and attitude. Some might say 2500 feet simply isn't enough, but I swear, once you've landed on this runway, you'll never land anywhere else.
