Bug sprays and other tick repellents for humans or pets are a popular means of prevention. But, an even better way to protect you and your family, is to spray for ticks in your yard. When treating your property for ticks, it is important to first understand their lifecycle to know when the best and most effective time for treatment is. #RedCedar #RedCedarInc #TickPrevention #SprayForTicks #SprayForTicksInYourYard #LymeDisease

Often times homeowners will put up fences and other separation barriers for privacy, but did you know that your landscape could also serve as privacy? In fact, landscaping for privacy may actually be more efficient because, often times fences are not high enough or do not create the complete privacy you are looking for. #RedCedar #RedCedarInc #RedCedarArboristsLandscapers #LandscapingForPrivacy #PrivacyHedges #PrivacyLandscaping #PrivacyLandscapingIdeas

Positive review by Michael M., via Home Advisor

The work was done well, but they did ding the gutter on my garage in the process. However, they are sending someone out to do the repair today. My only issue was getting them here - they missed 2 appointments without contacting me, then showed up without a call. Fortunately I was home at the time anyway. Quote process was very good.

You are enjoying the outside air, when suddenly you feel a pinch and you’re instantly itchy. You know right away what is was – a mosquito! Most outdoor events during the evening hours involve some sort of mosquito repellent like a spray or citronella candle to help avoid bites, but did you know that your plants could also act as a natural repellent? #RedCedar #RedCedarInc #RedCedarArboristsLandscapers #MosquitoRepellent #PlantsRepelMosquitos #NaturalMosquitoRepellent

Excellent review by Frieda Neckles Sawyer, via Facebook

Red Cedar is top notch! We had them take down 3 trees that were 110 high and perilously close to the house! These guys know what they are doing, they got them down with such precision and they made quick work of it! It was fascinating to watch them work! They even vacuumed up the chips and left my driveway cleaner than it was when they got there! Can’t say enough about them, Jason is so easy to work with! They are coming back to treat my yard for ticks this summer. I checked out 5 different places and Red Cedar was the most reasonable. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED if you use RED CEDAR!!

The simple answer to the question "What is the best time of year to plant trees?" is during the in-between seasons; when the weather is not too hot, but not too cold either. This is the time that plants and landscaping thrive. It is not uncommon for homeowners to get the “planting and gardening bug” on the first nice day of spring, but this may not be the best time to begin your landscaping project. #RedCedar #RedCedarInc #RedCedarArboristsLandscapers #PlantTrees #PlantingTrees #BestTimeOfYearForLandscape #Landscaping
