Even though this Pho 75 is rated highly in the Washingtonian and other DC food blogs/magazines, I think the service here is atrocious. Pho is decent, but personally, I rather go to Pho Sate in Falls Church, which also has excellent pho AND excellent service. Not to mention it's cheaper too. I used to frequent this pho place often, and the staff are continuously rude. One time, I came with two friends, and they both had to use the restroom first. I sat down and the server immediately came over and said, "What do you want?" (Not even a hello, but I was used to their inconsiderate greetings) I said that my two companions were in the restroom, and he said, "You should know what you want." When my companions sat back down, the server came back. Luckily, my friends, being frequent pho eaters, knew what they wanted, but the rude server kept making tsk tsk sounds and tapping his foot impatiently. There wasn't even that many people that night! Absolutely horrid service! A little politeness goes a long way, Pho 75. Because of their unbelievable (and undeserving) attitude, I will not go to this pho place again. I choose good food AND good service, and that is Pho Sate. It's not even that far out of DC (for those of you who are city-minded and think Falls Church is the boonies). I've lived here my entire life, and always preferred other pho places to this Pho 75.

Yes - this place lives up to the hype. Brought back to the basics, Pho 75 offers a wide selection of cuts of beef to add to your piping hot Pho, from tenderloin, tripe, brisket to flank - they have it all. Served at communal tables - before downtown DC made that a thing and cash only, you can really tell, they only have one objective - serve you amazing pho at a price that won't break the bank!

No frills here. But the pho is really good. I been here about three times and always for lunch during the work week. There is usually a line but it moves quickly as the restaurant is not designed for lounging around. The staff is straight to the point and food comes out quickly. No frills, clean, quick, delicious.

Want pho? This is the place to go! This is my favorite place for pho after many years and trying many others. I love the flavor of the broth. And so much so that I never contaminate it with the Sriracha and other sauces. I add the Sriracha to the individual bites. Got a try it if you've never been there!

How anyone could call the best pho in the world anything any other than 5 stars, is beyond the pale. What's wrong with those people! Get some! And learn what good pho is!
