On hold with #UnitedAirlines again...really. Got almost to the end of a service call then, "Oh, this is international. I can't do it. I'll transfer you." And I've entered phone tree hold purgatory again. Gah!

To the 7th circle of Hell apparently. Spent no less than 3 hours on the phone with United ticket agent, 2 agents actually, and they still haven't properly resolved the issue. Been tons of places. Headed to a bunch more this year. #MyJobRules :)

Oh man-I fly United quite a bit out of Midway in Chicago-the delays seem endless sometimes! :(
