Great staff, great climbing all levels of lead, toprope, bouldering. Easy location, parking. The Front Training Room is completely awesome for coaching with multiple packages and dedicated space! Personalized program at all levels - for multiple athletic and mental performance goals

Great for out of town visitors - love the punch pass, and full weights/cardio with massive climbing roped and boulder - all well labeled. Nice shop and snacks, too

Great instruction! Reed was super with the headset in the helmet - gave me plenty to work on - kept me confident - and really helped me progress. The jet ski is wonderful for getting back upwind fast. I plan to spend more time with instruction here! Also, Will is very supportive and friendly - they invited me to come do a downwind run in the ocean - and I can't wait to return and get some ocean experience on the beautiful Oregon coast!!!

Love it! Unfortunately I usually go alone - so would need auto belay equipment for a 5th star... Good pricing options - I do punchcard for value

George is excellent! This is not a posh experience, but it is exactly what most folks want. I took a semi-private lesson. Intermediates like myself usually just expect to be watched for safety and given a few pointers along the way. That is exactly what I got, good gear, and a beautiful morning in Miami with wind in a place only reachable by boat! This keeps you away from the beach crowds, very nice! The woman who took the "novice" lesson got a lot more attention, which was perfect. He had exactly the right gear to get her riding well. Kiting is unique with very particular safety demands - and George was definitely careful while keeping a positive attitude & mellow vibe. I made a big mess of the lines at one point, and he patiently sorted them out and taught me much more about water launches and landings (a bit new for most of us who mostly do beach setups). Most of the "watermen" I have met are a bit different in life approach than the workaday types... Be prepared that they are not your tour guide or doormat. I respect this independent spirit, but you need to remember that if you go out - he is a very mellow guy with a small boat - but he is the Captain and the instructor! Responsibility for lives requires strength that you may not see in your resort staff - respect that and you will have an awesome time! I would definitely return, and would recommend for a committed beginner.

Mike and staff are very nice, and got the job done for my consignment sale. They helped me set a fair price, and definitely protected me from tons of "looky lou" phone calls and visits! They kept me nicely informed for offers and negotiation. Keep in mind though - their KSL ads are mostly to sell their stock - DO YOUR OWN KSL POSTING/CLASSIFIEDS (and just put Cycle House as the phone contact in your ad) Selling stuff is not that fun, no matter how you do it. Mike and Cycle House took most of the hassle out of it (for a reasonable commission)
