We have been trying to contact the manager of the branch closest to Brighton Michigan since Thursday, September 1st. We are told his name was Dave. We had sears out to clean our carpets in our finished walk out basement on Tuesday morning, August 30th. There was a piece of equipment missing and the technician said he had to replace it and would be right back. Fast forward 3 hours, he called and was 45 minutes away. We had to take our daughter to volleyball practice so we set up for the next day (August 31st) between 3pm and 6pm. Our whole goal was to get the carpets cleaned and dried before we moved in to the home on Friday, September 2nd. The guys called on Wednesday 8/31 after the time they were supposed to be there at 6pm and said they would be there at 6:45. They completed the job and when we felt it, it felt extremely wet, but what do we know? I'll get to that in a minute. They left a trail of water on our hardwood floors through the house carrying the equipment out and left a huge gouge in our hardwood floors by the basement stairs. We left a message for the manager to call us back. On Friday, September 2nd, the carpet was still not dry and the stairs leading down to the basement smell mildewy. We turned on fans, opened windows. turned on dehumidifier. No call from manager.On Saturday, September 3rd, the carpet was still not dry and the stairs leading down to the basement smell mildewy as does the basement now. Fans and windows open. No call from manager. Sunday, September 4th - still not dry. Smell setting in all over. Still not dry. Fans and humidifier blowing. Called again and was told manager would call us. Monday and Tuesday September 5th and 6th (today). Still wet, smell bad and called again to leave a message for the manager. We have since moved in the home and our basement carpet is damp and smells like mildew. We want this fixed, NOW!! Or money returned and rectification for the scratch. This is ridiculous. We have a few things on the floor because we had to move in, but we can't unpack in our basement. The floor is wet and it smells like mildew because your guys left the carpet too wet because they were in a hurry as they came out at 6:45 at night.

This place is a joke. We had our cub cadet picked up for service about a month ago because we had some mice chew on a couple wires. Never once did they tell us it was going to be a month to fix it. After several phone calls and the run around, they finally agreed to move us to the top of the list after 3 weeks - in the meantime, I am out a total over 250.00 for lawn mowing service while I wait for them to call us with a status. After another week, we still didn't have our mower - we have to call and it's finally done. They make arrangements to deliver it to us and told us it will be $279.00 to fix a wire. There was NO "we are sorry". There was NO discount for keeping it so long. So basically it cost us over $600 to fix the mower because we kept having to pay a service to mow our lawn while we waited. We had a place in Warren MI (recommended by Home Depot) service the same tractor a few years ago and they picked it up 45 minute away and deliver it back home within 2 days, fixed and not as expensive. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Do Not use Lush Lawn!! They have terrible customer service. I had been a satisfied customer for 8 years until this year. I was charged for a service without it authorized, then my back yard had a very definitive line where weeds began and along the cement lines it was obvious that someone wasn't completing the job at my house. I also got moles for the first time this year after having the unauthorized grub treatment. I told them I didn't feel I should pay for my last month's bill and the grub treatment and they didn't budge. I cancelled my service and offered to split the balance because of the weeds in my lawn and still was sent a nasty letter. Still over the weekend, I received another nasty letter from them and after a correspondence today, they are still stating I should pay the balance when my lawn service had be shoddy at best in the back yard and I got moles in my front yard after a grub treatment. Do NOT Use Lush Lawn! Poor service and problem resolution. You will be sorry if there is an issue!

C&L Ward's service department fixed my leaking chimney flashing and saved me from many additional headaches. They also did an inspection and noticed some other issues from my roof that had been installed from a competitor that the previous owners had done before I moved in. Steps had been skipped and my new roof shingles had been put on over old wood and the old flashing was never replaced. They were quick, on time and my leaks are fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service or a new roof as they don't cut corners.
