Always a five star restaurant. The food is imaginative, beautifully prepared and outstanding. Ms Bucci is always on hand to cheerfully greet the customers and assign seating in this wonderful old loft type building located in the heart of the Emeryville business district. I have never had a bad meal or bad service in the thirty years that I have come to this establishment. It is by far and has always remained my favorite restaurant/bar in all the East Bay. Try it just once if you have not been here before and you too will remain a happy and devoted customer! Believe this review: No one does it better. Mike

i live a few blocks from here. great place for dinner but kind of pricey. if you're in the area then drop by but it isn't somewhere where i would go out of my way to get to.

My sister's and I had attended an art installation in San Francisco, we had planned on eating in the city, but every place we wanted to go would not take reservations for our party of six until later in the evening. Being from out of town and only knowing places we were familiar with, we proceeded to go over to the East Bay all the while checking out places on Urbanspoon...Bucci's came up, we loved the idea of organic and sustainable products, plus they are gluten free friendly...called to make a reservation....not a problem...when we arrived our table was ready, though we were a little skeptical because there were no other patrons there at 6 p.m.....we sat down, ordered a round of appetizers, dinner and wine....when we were served we were all pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with the great food, service and friendliness of the staff. We already have plans on visiting again soon, I highly recommend Bucci's!!!

ok, the space is cold and industrial, but the food is great.
