Audi Henderson was an A+ experience from start to finish for me. My sales guy Sol was fantastic. He made sure I was comfortable during the entire process and he did everything he could to get me in the price range I wanted to be in. When we finally closed the deal Sol gave me a complete run down of the car, purchased my tags and plates for me and even has given me a few courtesy calls to see how things are going. If you are thinking Audi, don't go anywhere besides Audi Henderson.

From start to finish the experience was the best. Our sales associate Matthew Jimerson could not have done a better job. His positive can-do attitude and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Great follow through and attention to detail. Went above and beyond on our trade in and our new car purchase. The entire dealership is focused on customer satisfaction and quality. Laura was also great. We would recommend Matthew and the dealership to everyone we know and would buy there again and again. My husband and I came in one evening after I returned from home to check out a pre-owned 2012 Audi A4. We were really impressed the patience Sal had as we indecisively checked out several vehicles, while having all 4 of our children with us. Although not intending to buy that day, we were truly impressed with the deal we were offered for our 2013 Audi A4. As lengthy as any car buying experience can be, we were in awe of the service and patience they had with us. They stayed later than I'm sure they intended to that evening but did not make us feel rushed or guilty for extending their already long work day. I would definitely recommend all my friends to purchase from Sal!

I went to Audi Henderson a little over two years ago after having a somewhat mediocre experience with another Audi dealership in town. I met Sal and he was immediately friendly, personable, professional and helpful. I purchased a '12 TT RS which he had to get from another dealership. I was very specific in what I wanted, and Sal managed to find the car that I am still driving (and still enjoy). A year later, I needed a reliable used car for a family member. After going to several dealerships and test driving a wide range of vehicles, I called Sal and by the end of the day, had a very lightly used A5. Even though I got the vehicles a few years ago, whenever I need anything, Sal immediately responds to me and does whatever he can to resolve my need quickly and to my satisfaction. As far as the dealership in general, I have not had to interact with many other people because Sal has always taken such good care of me. However, the few times I have spoken to the guys in service, they have always been friendly and helpful, as have the other sales staff. If you are in the market for an Audi, head to Audi Henderson and ask for Sal, he's the best. Even if you don't think you're in the market for an Audi, go see Sal :)

Approximately 3 months ago I purchased my first Audi, a Q7 from Audi Henderson. It was kind of an impulse buy, but I am definitely glad I did it – a decision well made partly due to the great customer service we received from Sal. I went in with the intention of solely taking a look and test driving the Q7 since it was something I had my eye on for a while. Upon arriving we were greeted by Sal, we told him what we were looking for and within minutes he had me test driving the car I was totally looking for!! It was exactly what I wanted and he did a great job of explaining all of the options and perks, he was not persistent and pushy as most car salesmen can be. Needless to say I am definitely glad I had the opportunity to have Sal as my salesman, til this day he is always accessible at any time day or night. I can text or email him regarding any issues or questions I may have, since the car is so technology savvy there are constant questions I am running into and he is always more than willing to help. I would definitely recommend Audi Henderson to anyone and most definitely recommend you see Sal…. He is most helpful always and is awesome at making you feel comfortable and important as the customer!!

Last Saturday, after visiting one luxury car dealership where the salesman failed to introduce himself. Another luxury dealership where the salesman started off (and kept on) complaining about the heat. A third luxury dealership where the salesman was "doing me a favor" by going for a test drive, I had the best turn of events when I went to Audi Henderson. I was greeted at the door by Matt Jimerson. I gave Matt a few pieces of info like type of auto I was looking for, target price point and what I specifically didn't like about the other motors I test drove that day. He asked a few questions to check for understanding and we were off. He showed me a Q5, talked to me about the features and thoroughly answered all my questions (even the stupid ones). After the test drive and a few more questions I was sold. Let the fun part of auto negotiating begin! Matt helped make the process as painless as possible and at no point did he nor the Sales Manager really play any games (the crazy four square, lowball the trade, highball the new car, deal shock, make 'em sit and wait, emotional roller-coaster or any of that). During one of Matt's trip to talk with the Sales Manager, I got the opportunity to meet Lora Prince the Audi Henderson Finance Professional. She stopped by to fill the gap while Matt was away. We made some small talk that usually ended up with a laugh or three. After the requisite car buying negotiation we got to a point where I felt good about the numbers (after all, the numbers themselves really don't matter as long as the purchaser feels good about the deal) and decided to finalize the purchase. Let the fun part of dealing with the Finance Professional begin! Lora was a peach. She made the process as fast as possible. I'm still a little puzzled why dealerships are using dot matrix printers but whatever. She was thorough in her explanation of the multi auto protection offers and did a great job of answering my questions and explaining the details. Overall, Matt and Lora turned a not so fun day into one of the better times I've had with people I've never met before. They know their products, are a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Audi Henderson to anyone who is in the market. Great job Matt & Lora! Thank you. - Michael
