I love this store! I walked out and accidentally dropped a bunch of bottles out of a box of wine in the parking lot and some break. An employee immediately comes running out and helps me pick up all the bottles and brings me back replacement bottles for the broken ones and will not take no for an answer. This kind of customer service is absolutely rare these days.... I love love love Trader Joe's!!!!

Seriously? I know there gimmick is having employees "act" like your friend and talk, and talk, and talk. But my ice cream melted just standing in line because of the gab-fest at the checkouts.

I am glad that this Trader Joe's opened because it is affordable alternative to Earth Fare, but I have had problems with quality here. FIrst, I saw moldy lemons, then a package of fresh ravioli that I bought had mold and lastly some gouda cheese was funky. Three strikes. From now on I just buy wine and packaged foods and save the produce, meat and cheese for Earth Fare.
