Terrible rude customer service. Paper thin walls as Ive lived here the last 8 months with the being able to hear all footsteps of the upstairs neighbors/dogs. Amenties are limited and pool is over crowded. Everything is cheaply made from the lamintate countertops to the light bulbs going out. They change for you in the 1st month, but you have to pay for any after that. We've changed literally 4 lights and havent touch the track lighting in the kitchen. Our kitchen has been without light for a month now. Beware that they make you give them a 60 day notice before you leave or its $900 penalty. We have them a 30 day notice because the girl who signed us in said it would be ok. Well, we got hit with a $900 reletting fee. Crooks and thieves under Block management

Pros - Apartment is nice inside and out. Amenities include refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Dog/Cat friendly (dog park, doggy potty bags provided throughout complex. Movie Theater & Game room can be check-out at no charge. Friendly Staff. Pool area has two BBQ grills. BBQ resident appreciation pool parties. When it snows they shovel main sidewalks and driveway areas. Police patrols through complex at night to advise people the pool is close and secures it, also gives parking warning or tickets (for being parked in the red zone or misusing handicap parking stalls). Maintenance request are done in a timely manner. Inspections are done for leaks, water damage, filters, and to change smoke detector batteries. Cons - Over priced, they charge for washer/dryer and valet trash service. Complex is not very secure. Front electrical gate does not function 65% of the time (anyone can drive in & out apartment complex). Apartment walls are not insulated well enough you can sometimes hear the neighbors if you share bedroom walls (cell phone ringing, alarm clock, snoring, sex, or just talking normally. No personal BBQ grills can be used at your apartment balcony. Pool small and jacuzzi does not function properly. Parking is ok sometimes. No assigned parking (Extra charge for covered parking/detached garage/attached garage). No play ground for children.

New tenant '14 and will update. The staff has been incredibly nice and pretty accommodating. Some of the stricter rules, at this time, seem like a pain but my apartment is in excellent shape and the grounds are very well kept as well. The amenities meet expectations for the area.

It is a gated apartment complex. The staff is courteous and helpful, The rates are little high but worth it for the noise control and cleanness of the complex. The apartments are pretty basic, not luxury by a long shot, but they don't advertise that.. If you want to party down, this won't work for you. If you want peace and clean this is good.

Horrible customer service. Promised hot tub, hot tub removed. Promised Sunday hours, office closed on Sunday. Promised ability to pay with credit card. Took away option to pay with credit card. Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.

Moving in soon. Complex is nice, pricing and costs are total BS. They advertise one price, which may go up by $100 in a week. Then there is an additional $25 for washer/dryer rental, then another $25 for trash that I didn't find out about until time for the lease. First was looking at this apartment for rent around $650, and here I am now at $750 for a 15 month lease.

Very overpriced for what you're getting. You'll be paying around $700 for a one bedroom, and then they want you to add on ridiculous things like rental for your washer and dryer for $30/month. Fees associated with credit check, application and all kind of things after you put down your deposit. My best advice would be to look at Stone Manor, which is about 1 block up the road and MUCH nicer. Better value for what you're getting, you don't have to pay for your appliances and you get nicer office staff that are willing to help and don't act like your burdening them if you have a maintenance problem. Total waste of my time and money at the Ranch.

It's funny when I first had a friend that lived in these apartments I thought This was place a very nice apartments . These people ask for a deposit up front to hold your apartment, even though you tell them your interested and have not given them a move in date. But if you are interested they want to run your credit and your application, you must pay the $250 deposit to run your application, once it's been reviewed and approved, then you have 30 to make your choice, mind you that $250 you just paid is NON-refundable, and after the 30 days are up you will have to pay up another $250 to rerun your application. Not even an apology for no communication about the 30 days . " Poor management, and very poor communication skills"
