Rainwater gathers in the ancient hollows of the Doolin stone outside, where we walk everyday. I took an impression of two of the small pools of water and then used ink to define these watery contours, micocosms of this place we live in the West of Ireland.

Thank you so much +Rainer Schmitten! I am enjoying making the rain work, it also helps me to cope with so much rain where we live !

"Impaired Function", I am making a skirt to wear, about mandatory fluoridation, when our government takes away our choice about what we ingest. What I am working on in the studio this morning.

My work is hard to pin down. These pieces are both and neither, drawings or paintings, abstract or figuritive. I am interested in the space and relationship between things, not the known and definite but the potential of unlightly interactions. Art for me, is an investigation of self, and our relationship with the universe. It is multifaceted. Everything that is decided is blown open again and the web like traces go on attempting to brake free of our linnier way of understanding information and interpreting the world around us.

I wonder did they know that Richard Long had made a stone circle near this sign in 1975? When they said not to move any stones. Nature is not a museum for viewing but part of us that we need to interact with to fully connect with.

We are off to look for this circle today via bicycle then feet. This is where they have put two signs that say not to move a stone, I replied with a lotus leaf sign over one of them saying "no ugly signs here please."
