The Hospital is clean and efficient. The entire staff are polite, positive and actually care about you. We were in children hospital for 4 days. The Staff was caring and kept us informed throughout the procedure. In particular, Nurses Donna Werger and Jessica did a great job! I am thankful and appreciate their professionalism.

The emergency room is awful. They treat you like a piece of meat. And they like their meat to sit around and age for hours. They treat patients like drug addicts and/or criminals. The nurses there know absolutely nothing about HIPAA. One of the nurses became very snippy because I advocated for myself. There was no need for his dramatics.

The emergency room is awful people are on line with fewer for 6 7 hours dirty the rooms are small and management is awful beds are in the coridors nobody paying attent I on for hours I came with my friend in pain and only one person was actually really helpful and at least tried to help Anna. Others just waited for us to leave. HOPE THAT Something will be done so staff will be happy and I would suggest to change management The clean procedures the food and the number of nurses that are working Complains will continue if something will be done asap

I went to see a doctor at the URGENT MED,  fo on 13th May and he recommended that i go to the er and show my symptoms as he suspect ed gastrointestinal bleeding and uclerization  We reached the ER around 8 pm on 13th May 2015. After the prep work where a nursing assistant did not even look at my prescription an recommendations my doc...we had had to wait till 9:35 pm for the nurse to come and draw blood for the tests. Finally Dr.Kim was able to make it to us only around 10:15 pm (2 hours and 15 minutes later),  promising to get back to us as soon as he was able to see the bloodwork results. At 10:45, upon checking with Dr.Kim we were told the blood work was satisfactory but since there was tenderness at the stomach area,  he will need to get a cat scan done as he suspected appendicitis. !?! My symptoms were abdominal tenderness and when I ate my stomach Hurt in various places Upon our request , he agreed to administer some medicine alongwith IV before going for a catscan. At 11:15 pm, we let the doctor know that we would not be willing to go for a cat scan at this time as he had mentioned it would take a couple of hours and we had our daughter alone at home with school the next morning,  so if required, we would make an appointment for another time for the catscan. He confirmed it would be ok but we would have to sign a form saying that we decided to not take the doctors suggestion. As soon as the medicine and the IV was complete around 11:45 pm,  we asked the doctor and the nurse to take the drip off so we could leave and i wanted to use the restroom. We waited till 1:10 AM for someone to come and take the drip off and also give us the paperwork for discharge,  despite following up atleast 4 times from 11:45 to 1:10 with the doctor himself.   In his own words,  he was short staffed so the nurse would get to us soon….. Unable to bear it anymore,  i took off the drip herself at 1:10 to go and use the restroom and then we decided to help ourselves out.  Above you see is total disregard of patient's care or health or any problems.

I had my first baby girl in the center, and the experience was amazing. All the staffs are kind and well-trained, so they know what is needed at the appropriate timing. Amenity including food was good. They did not serve food family members, but that's not part of their service. Anyhow, I loved this place and strongly recommend to you.

We had our first baby here, but we don’t recommend this hospital. If you have insurance don’t go there. During our registration, we specifically requested for in-network doctors. But when we got back home, hospital send a bill saying there was doctor who treated our child is not covered and we have to pay out of pocket. In reality, she never checked my child in person; sure you may think she might have checked the chart, seriously! Such a negligent, irresponsible hospital I haven’t seen in my career (yes I work with hospitals). When you call billing department, they simply put you in hold (unless you said the magic word “I call to PAY the bill”. After a while, whenever I call, billing associate simply say, sure we are sending your case to review, then no update, weeks later I got same bill, when I called back again same response. So if you have insurance, try to find better caring hospitals.
