Some have reviewed this church appropriately when stating they are more concerned with "image" than the message our Christ. An incident with a young man attending services occurred and, he was asked to leave because he had a cup of coffee in the chapel. He was not disrupting the service when he was approached, as he was in prayerful reflection of God's healing power in our lives. No signs are clearly posted regarding beverages and, I'm guessing many young Christians attendees had their sippy cups or bottles with them ... yet the Usher felt it Christlike to remove this young man. I hope the Usher asks himself, "What would Jesus do?," as this man seeks the forgiveness of the young man. When I called to speak with the woman at the Information Desk, she showed the lack of God's love in this church by asking me to call back another day. I would have been comforted if she would have said, "I'm sorry this was upsetting, can I have someone return your call?" Instead, her actions spoke volumes on the "image" and how the message of Jesus Christ has been lost in this church.

Always Accommodating! Friendly staff & helpful. The rare occasion I've had a problem, it's been addressed immediately. Patrons are polite. Store is clean & shelves faced. Late evening is a little different, as most customers are not grocery shopping. Peak hours are still easy to navigate, parking lot always clean & plenty of cashiers … just fuller carts.

Agreed to Delco part, but Delphi part installed (Delphi is not the manufacturers recommended part & less expensive). The charge listed on final invoice for the part is more than if the customer had purchased retail. There's no email to confirm work if there's confusion. Attitude toward patron was unprofessional and lacked a sense of customer-service orientation. When called for pick-up, customer was told new headlight installed, but customer never contacted prior to installation and the work was not authorized, so the mechanic rudely informed the customer they'd put in the old one. Charged for 1-qt of oil when, again, customer did not authorize AS OIL CHANGE HAD JUST BEEN DONE AT ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER; however, this appears to only be a $2 fee. All in all, this was a very stressful event. The owner acted as if he was doing the customer a favor, but the patron feels they were overcharged and treated without care. After completion of the transaction, the customer received a text, "please do not text or call my cell phone again thank you have a nice day," as the only way to communicate was through texts with the mechanic, the patron feels this is a continued lack of customer-service.

Kiosk had machine error on 5/30/15 & couldn't pick up movies. Didn't know I had to call Redbox, as it's their machine with the errors. Picked up my movie rentals the next day, but after returning them ... I was charged over $20 for 4 movies for 2 days. Guess Redbox is falling into the same problems as Blockbuster with so many streaming options available now.

Great trails. Easily accessible for young & old. Trail markers are best in DFW area so far. Great events!

A favorite spot for our family. Many trails well maintained at various levels of difficulty. We enjoy the Butterfly Garden and warm up there for every hike. Please remember to donate so the volunteers can continue their good work.
