Their range of hot dogs is pretty extraordinary, with options available even for vegetarians. Their more traditional offerings are good, but for those who go for more exotic fillings, definitely try the duck and bacon. There's always a crowd during dinnertime, so be prepared. They have outdoor seating that works especially well on sunny afternoons. Get a stein of beer, park yourself out there and people watch on weekends.

Usually a wait but well worth it. The staff is prompt and has never made a mistake with my order (not that it's super complicated anyways). Always a good time and it's a great environment with its family style seating. All the patrons are very friendly and that adds another facet of uniqueness to this place.

Great atmosphere and food! Located in the arts district is this amazing little restauran. You walk in and are greated by happy employees, one will even let you sample beers in line. There are tons of different sausages you can get and they are all great. The seating is great as well, there is usually a live DJ, and you can sit outside if you want. I would recommend this more for a nice lunch than dinner however.

Really enjoyed my experience here! We waited in line a bit, but the staff made the line go fast. The employees were very helpful explaining the menu and beer list. We even got our drinks while we were still waiting in line. The way the restaurant works is you order at the front and take your number to any table. I tried the Hot Italian (kitschy names, right), but I feel like you can't go wrong with any choice really. The atmosphere of the place really just add to the whole experience. It's a great place to go out with friends or a casual date night out. I'll definitely go back again!

I actually thought the fries and beer were the best part. The sausages and such were good but the truffles double dipped fries were amazing with all the special sauces. Be prepared sometimes for a huge weight... I'm not the biggest fan of long lines so just a heads up. I wouldn't wait in line to get the food when there's a lot of options in little tokyo to eat. Come at a good time and it's well worth it.

Review strictly on beers and overall vibe! Only offers Belgian/German beers. Not that I have a problem with it, but I'm from San Diego, and used to drinking IPA or IIPA, so I'm kinda out of my elements here. Anyway, I end up having St. Feuillien and some sort of fruity drinks that are too sweet for my taste. Should've asked for a sample, but the bar was pretty hectic that night, so I just want to get my beer and got to a table. My St. Feuillien came in a 0.25-L glass which is gorgeous! As a matter of fact, my three beers came in different glasswares, so I give them credit for presentation there. Wanted to get food a couple times here, but the line is just insane!! The atmosphere is a bit too dark for my liking, and the bar is rather plain when it comes to decoration. There's no harm really of putting some hipster decor or something, but oh well, they're making good money, so I guess they don't have to worry about it. Will probably go back for the food because I really want to try those hyped sausages!

I hardly ever give anything top review but this place deserves the 5 stars. if you have some cash to spare good place to overpay for food is here. 7 dollars for a hotdog? not bad if you are into trying new things. you can try rattlesnake, rabbit, crocodile, etc. come on by! Try it!

Pretty hip spot. Some funky but tasty sausages to try and a solid selection of beers. Has a cool but laid back industrial vibe to the decor. Haven't really had anything bad there as most brews and sausages are good choices. Ask the staff if you need some help deciding and they will definitely point you the right way.
