MSY inside is now mapped for all of the Android users out there. Thanks to the Google team that came down and mapped out the building.

Did you know that on this day in 1988 Taca Flight 110 had to make an emergency landing?

Due to poor weather in the Houston area we are seeing delays. For up to the minute information please check with your airline.

As a non frequent flyer, I found the process of going through this airport very easy. Only 4 stars because they are kind of due for newer interior and more modern features. For example, chairs are cracked and worn vinyl and in the age where everyone travel with electronic devices, there wasn't a lot of stations for plugging in and changing. Other than that great airport.

Super bummed after our last experience with this airport. Generally sub par communication from staff and signage about what's going on. Our bags came out from a spot labeled for a totally different flight. We got them, just not a super together place, in a bad way.

Please eat before you come to this airport. Vending machine or your airplane food would be much, much better than the crap they serve at their "WOW" restaurant. Expect the bathrooms to be absolutely flithy and disgusting. This is a 3rd world airport; could never get the wifi to work...stuck in a loop where it keeps asking you to accept terms but goes nowhere. Expect to wait for your baggage at least 10 minutes even though the airport is dead. Rental cars are off property; so you have to drag your bags across the main pick-up/drop-off area road and thru the garage and wait in carbon monoxide filled bus pick-up area in the sweltering heat/humidity or cold.

This place is a JOKE! !! You get off a plane in one terminal and you too wait in a TSA line to get to the terminal your next flight leaves from! ! The 25 minutes it took me to get threw cost me to miss my flight!! So lucky me gets to spend 2 more hours in a Crap hole of a airport! ! But what can you expect from people who built a city below sea level and cries to the rest of the country when it floods! ! Bunch of Dumbass! ! Never again will I take a flight threw this airport! !

The woman who was working at the UA D3 gate on 2/18/16 early AM truly went above and beyond for me that day. I just had surgery 24 hours prior and my fiance was pushing me in a wheelchair. Hadn't slept barely at all in almost 3 days, was 1800 miles away from home, and scared to fly as it was. She arranged wheelchairs for me at both our connecting and home airport, and changed our seats on both flights to the front. I wish I remembered her name. She deserves to be recognized. Thank you so much for everything, it was as great an experience as it could have been given the circumstances.

I likes this airport it was very easy to get through. There is a decent taxi rank with set prices. It's not a huge airport but it definitely feels smaller.

Easy to access, no lines with TSA pre check. Good selection of stores and restaurants.

Everything to do is behind TSA, the WiFi is so slow and the bathrooms are gross. But TSA was nice
