I had a facial there on Saturday and i was impressed. Jamie my facialist was just so nice and calm and knowledgeable about everything. She convinced me to buy some face wash, which is not easy for me to splurge on fancy things like that as a man, but the price was reasonable and my face is feeling refreshed as ever. Their front desk was cheerful and greeted me with warmth.I will say that i will return to them again and again,

My husband purchased a Spoil Me Rotten package for me, almost 500.00 that includes a massage, mani, pedi, facial and lunch. When you walk in, it is a hair salon. The pictures of the salon shown above are very misleading. I was ignored for about 2 minutes and then taken to a a set of rooms in the back they call the "spa" and was not even offered a robe or slippers. I was told to go into a room for my massage and get undressed in there and under the sheet. Well, the walls are paper-thin, as in I could hear every single conversation going on in every other room. My massage room was next to the bathroom and could actually hear people urinating. It was 2 hours of pure hell laying there, trying to relax. I told the masseuse the noise was unbearable but nothing was done by management after she went and told them. After the "massage", I was told to get dressed in my jeans and shirt (Still no robe) and order lunch which will be served during my pedicure. Lunch? Joke. They give you a Perkins menu, they go pick it up and put it on a plate. Manicure? at a small table in the very front of the Salon, near the front door where all the noise and commotion was. Still, not relaxed. When I mentioned the noise and how dissatisfied I was with everything, they gave me a coupon for 5.00 off a service. Really? After my husband spent almost 500.00? I had enough at that point and didn't even stay for my facial. Maybe this place is a good salon, but certainly NOT A SPA. I frequent spas all around the country and this is not a spa. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Hidden gem. They did an amazing job threading my eyebrows. Loved this place.

December 27, 2011 While on vacation I decided to go to the spa. This was planned 2 weeks in advance. I did my research of spas, reading and rereading reviews, as well as reviewing services.I chose "The Sanctuary". Kristina, my customer assistant, was very informative and helpful in assisting me with planning my day. My very first "Day At The Spa" couldn't have been at a better place then "The Sanctuary".They went above and beyond helping me to get there, as i was having transportation problems. I was greeted with my very own personal welcoming sign at the front desk. The environment was sooo serene, the staff was exceptionally kind. I must mention that I purchased the "Spoil Me Rotten" package, "The Algae Detox Wrap", and topped it off with "The Brazilian Hair Treatment". Each service was skillfully delivered!! I gathered knowledge from each individual: Tiffany, my massage therapist, sweet, kind, gentle and very good, making sure I was relaxed and comfortable! Tracey, my manicure and pedicure artist, worked wonders for my hands and feet (they were baby soft even the next day), very friendly personality! Pareen, my facial therapist, got right down to business assessing my skin, very thorough! OH I loved it!!!! she also did my eyebrow threading as well as some unwanted facial hairs....beautiful, clear, radiant, skin! was my thought as I looked in the mirror. Mrs. Maria shampooed my hair massaging my scalp away....aaaahhhhh. Then Brenda performed The Brazilian Treatment on my hair only after she gave me a satisfying consultation answering every question, clarifying any doubt and concerns I had. No matter how many times I asked the same question _just in a different way_ she answered me with the same kindness.Joyce, my other customer assistant, helped to bring my day to an end _with a smile! Every one made me feel special, which made my 1st "Spa Day" exceptional! I'm from Delaware very sad that "The Sanctuary" isn't here but looking forward to returning every visit to Florida.

This place seems more worried about taking all the money from your wallet than providing you the service you ask for. I went in there just to do a simple eyebrow waxing and ended up receiving a lecture about my face and left with a $20 product in my hand. This is a typical bad upscale hair salon where they pressure you to buy all of their products. It would be appropriate to recommend a product if I asked for advice or a solution that they provided there. But not if I am just going to get something simple done like a wax!
