Some of the best donuts in Portland. If you want something trendy, then go to Voodoo with all of the tourists. If you just want really good simple donuts, then this is where you go. The butterfly and creme puffs are the best.

Best donut shop in the Portland area. We live in Troutdale, and drive by about five donut shops to get to Annie's. The donuts are slightly crispy on the outside, and soft and light on the inside. The icings and glazes are not too sweet, and the fritters are the best I've ever had. Just don't go too late in the day, the selection is much better early in the morning.

These are literally the best donuts in all of Portland, if you haven't yet tried the butterfly doughnut, it is absolutely the best thing ever.

Old school neighborhood donut shop. The family running the place are very friendly and the donuts are wonderful. My favorite is the butterfly, peanut butter and chocolate glaze on a cinnamon roll.

I grew up in the bakery business, and without any hesitation, I will say that Annies Donuts are some of the best I have ever eaten. They use a recipe that came with this shop, a mix of potato flour that creates a superior donut. If your old enough and grew up in the right area of the country, they used to be sold as "Spudnuts." They were and still are, FANTASTIC!! And, the family who runs the place are FANTASTIC!! as well.

I try to stop in whenever I am in this part of town. Their raspberry fritters are the best! I can't recommend this place enough for tasty donuts. Leave the Voodoo doo doo for the tourists.

We have Voodoo for the tourists... to keep them away from the better, less expensive, and fresher doughnuts found here!
