I could never study before going to bed at night, never mind the fact that I mostly took night classes. It always seemed to make me sleep better knowing I did some studying but the amount of sleep was cut short. If I studied right before I went to bed I would lay there and reflect, mind buzzing almost audibly it seemed. It would be at least an hour before I could close my eyes and fall asleep. I need time to wind down at night, let my brain go into a vegetative coma. I found a balance, my grades didn't suffer and I eventually graduated.
