My mother and I were in Boston for the night and decided on the Brownstone after looking over their menu online. Service was awesome and the food was superb! Cauliflower bites with a garlic aioli? Who knew cauliflower could be so delicious! I had the Veggie parm sandwich which is house made with a squash and chickpea patty with garlic kale and just enough cheese melted to perfection! Greats eats and atmosphere! Slainte!

Spent most of my 20's at this place and it is a great bar. Has seen a good transformation over the years and is really well run. Good food at great prices.

Wonderful meal of baked brie with figs, perfectly cooked salmon, and the best scallops I've ever tasted. Service was terrific too.

Went there for a drink after dinner, we got a table next to the bar. Someone came by to take our drink order right away, which is good. Overall, not a bad place to get some drinks after work, I would come back and try its food next time.

It's a pretty average, kind of expensive Boston bar, nothing really special. For more character or better for try other places nearby (e.g. The Salty Pig or one of the restaurants a little bit deeper into the South End)

This place was a real gem. We went here on a Saturday night as it was local to our hotel and I had expected it to be average but we had a lovely table and absolutely brilliant service. The meal was terrific and dessert too. I liked the ambiance and was very happy not to be ripped off in the heart of Copley in Boston. I'll be back at some point.

I've been here twice. The first time was just to drink on a Saturday night, and it was pretty decent. It wasn't that crowded though, probably because most people were next door at Clerys. Last night we went back for a quick bite of appetizers (poutine, calamari and blt flatbread). The poutine had very little cheese but was yummy otherwise. The other two appetizers tasted really fresh. I especially loved the tomato jam on the flatbread, but didn't like how the dough was so thick (not exactly flatbread). Maybe this place is better for brunch? I may be back.
