Former Kara member JY’s “Many Faces” album changes genre on every track: Christmas, dance, 90’s pop, ballad. You’ll probably find at least one song that appeals to you—I found a few—but the album is not a cohesive whole.

AOA’s first full length Korean album “Angel’s Knock” is a mix of different song styles, and represents the K-pop scene quite well. I’m not feeling a lot of super memorable songs though.

Mondo Grosso’s 何度でも新しく生まれる is the best electronic album I’ve come across in a very long time. I can listen to it over and over. ✌️

Crayon Pop’s self-titled Japanese album is lots of fun, and the bonus DVD was cool to watch. Great catchy tunes to pick you up. 😄

Didn’t enjoy the Gossip Girls album by T-ara that much. Guess I won’t be listening to this one again anytime soon.

I’ve been listening to Superfly’s 10th Anniversary Greatest Hits 4-disc collection a lot. It is the perfect way to get into Superfly for the first time.

The Premium edition of シャリーのアトリエ~黄昏の海の錬金術士~ comes with a “ガスト 20th Anniversary Atelier Sound art” with music, songs, and a drama CD from various Atelier games. Some nice pop songs and simple game tracks, but nothing super special.

The Splatoon 2 soundtrack is more of the same, although the sound is slightly more sophisticated.
