Ayurveda says if one follows the food & lifestyle appropriate for him what is the need of medicines and if one does not follow this what is the use of medicines. We strongly believe this.

We have experienced that most of our patients do some common mistakes in their lifestyle & food. Correcting these mistakes makes them healthier.

So we focus on imparting the age old wisdom of Ayurveda which masters them to take care of their health, to master them to decide what is good and what is not good for their own health.

Our motto is to make them health independent!

Independence from all sort of medicines, investigations, treatments and also from the Doctors as much as possible.

May be gradually, over a period they should become wise enough to take care of themselves and their family, at least for the day to day issues of health. They should not run for a medicines and Doctors for common issues as cold & cough, constipation, headache, backache, chronic fatigue, acidity, insomnia and many other issues.

Ayurveda says health is like a table with three legs-- food, rest & life of morality. If these three legs are strong our health is at best. Our effort will be imparting wisdom to make these three stronger. We believe that all of us has an innate wisdom with us. Our wise body signals us time and again about various needs such as food, rest, activity etc. But with today’s life either we don’t understand them or we don’t respect them. We strongly recommend & guide how to understand them and how to fulfil them. Once we fulfil them health is at our doors.
So along with the consultations and treatments of various aliments please follow us to learn the age old wisdom of Ayurveda.

 * Buddha

“The... patient should be made to understand that he or she must take charge of his own life. Don't take your body to the doctor as if he were a repair shop.”

Today we invest so much of time, money & energy for the wellbeing of ourselves & our near & dear one's. For that we are so much dependent on external systems such as Doctors, Hospitals, Labs, Medicines etc. Is it possible that we enhance our wisdom about health & enjoy health independence to certain degrees. The key is our old age wisdom -Ayurveda.

According to Ayurveda, to be a healthy, one should know following Principles:
=>  Dynamic interconnection between food, mind, body, environment & our constitution
=>  Five element theory (Panchmahabhoota)
=>  Tridosha theory (Kapha, Pitta, Vata)
=>  Daily & seasonal routines
=>  Science of tastes
=>  The how & why of daily exercise
=>  Food & digestion
=>  Household remedies for common illness
=>  Above all, mental health

Introduction to Ayurveda Course participated  by thousand of people in India and abroad since 1998 will help to  understand these basic principles

The basic purpose of this course is to empower every individual with knowledge about healthy living. This should make him wise enough to take care of his own health. We have chosen the best among the eastern wisdom and western science to make it complete. The basic philosophy is based upon the age old wisdom of Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is the most ancient and advanced system of medicine, which was originated in India. The roots of Ayurveda can be traced thousands of year back. Unfortunately the system which is looked upon as the best available Therapeutic system for last thousands of years, is somehow been sidelined due to various reasons. Ayurveda have the approach of prevention is better than cure, which is requirement of today.

We all know that our individual health and also the health of our society is in danger due to the hectic lifestyles we are subjected to. Many new diseases have been emerging which can definitely be prevented if we observe the principles of Ayurveda. Today almost every one of us needs a strong body and mind which will help us to live happily.

Considering the today’s life, one must take the responsibility of ones own health, by understanding the natural laws of health explained in Ayurveda. These laws clearly highlights concept of Food is the medicine. So it teaches the wisdom of using food as the medicine.This reduces the need of even Ayurvedic medicines. Then simple household herbal remedies can be used occasionally for some common illnesses.

Today we are becoming more & more dependent on some external systems such as Doctors, hospitals, labs etc. This old age wisdom will help us to become health independent to certain extent.

To achieve the above one must understand the Ayurveda with its principles, food habits, life style, daily and seasonal routine, herbal remedies etc. One must understand the holistic style of living described in Ayurveda and to introduce it in our daily lifestyle.

It is a known fact that even a small change in lifestyle can make a big difference in the health status of the individual. The day to day complaints just vanish away, giving rise to a healthy body and mind. Also it was noted that the requirement of other medicines reduces day by day.
