I am saddened to read about your experience at the salon yesterday, about how you feel, and your general unhappiness with the final result.
Stu is a top rate stylist, and I know he is saddened by this also. As a company we invest highly in our colour training and our Wella colours are of premium quality. I would really like it if you would come back as soon as you can, to give us the opportunity to correct your hair to get the desired result.
I personally would like to be part of the consultation with Stu or if you prefer another senior colourist could carry out the correction. Without being part of the original consultation I do not know what was said or discussed, but I can only emphasise to you that our intentions are professional, honourable and we want more than anything else to have that opportunity to correct this and send you away happy.
