Even though this campaign is an industry promoting itself it has great purpose (and cut through). It reinforces the realisation that marketers must look beyond the trend to ensure all relevant channels are considered to connect with their audience. #OutdoorAdvertising #AdBlockThis #GreatAds

Some elements of this video from Denmark-based digital agency Inetdesign seem awfully familiar. That's because the clip uses famous logos to explain the importance of branding. Sort of. The colors, dimensions and basic design elements of the corporate marks are unchanged, but the company names have been replaced by words from the video's story. Can you name the brands? ‪#‎Branding‬ ‪#‎LogoDesign‬

Game Changer? - Facebook has just tweaked the News Feed with a featured dubbed "See First" that could be a potential game changer for marketers. Facebook explained in a blog post that the update was designed to give users more control over their News Feed, by choosing the content from up to 30 users to appear at the top of their feed. The "See First" list is accessed through News Feed Preferences and favourite users can be selected with a blue star. #SeeFirst #GameChanger #facebook

If given a choice, will you walk through a door marked 'Beautiful’ or will you settle for the next which says ‘Average’? That was the question Dove posed in its latest empowerment-through-advertisement campaign to women in five different cities across the world. The ad was supposed to be a comment on how women perceive themselves and, 96% women chose average. A hashtag that Dove created said the rest: #ChooseBeautiful.
