I order food once a month from BJ's for my company. We pick BJ's for two reason, one there is a lot of varity and second one of our managers has to have gluten free. Their food is good and all of my co-workers always enjoy it. Lately the last few times we have ordered haven't been up to their normal standards. First, I always give my gluten free order to the manager on duty and email the other 8 orders, but when I give the order to lady manager something is always forgotten, she always makes it seem like to help customer is a bother and she doesn't want to be there. The order came tonight with items missing, (tartar sauce for fish and chips, coleslaw on one person order, fries were soggy and we had order unsweet ice tea and got hot tea instead.) We always enjoy ordering from BJ's but the little things is what makes the experience enjoyable or not enjoyable.

Came in for lunch on Friday 4/17/15. We arrived at 12:35, and left at 2:00. The overall experience was quite disappointing. The hostess greeted us and informed us that there was a 10-minute wait for the four of us. In about 10 minutes, we were seated and the waitress greeted us about 5 minutes later. The food took 25 minutes! I ordered my burger medium, but it was served to me well-done and dry. Both the burger and fries were lukewarm at best. I ate it because I was hungry and didn't have an additional 25 minutes to wait around for a new one. When the waitress dropped off our checks, she didn't invite us back or even say, "thank you." On our way out we passed by the manager and two hostesses and none of them managed to give us so much as a "goodbye," or "thank you." They obviously don't need my business anymore.

When we're seating I had to brush off the seat and the hostess ask if i needed to have the seat wipe down by that time I already had. I guess i just expexted for it to be done automatically...10 mins of waiting to be greeted by a waitress to take our drink order, the beers we ordered were not cold. Ordered medium rare burger and received a well done burger. Not at all impressed

Melissa was great to work with and knew the gluten free menu well and made sure that everything that was ordered non gf was indicated as it was sat down to prevent cross contamination.

Atmosphere seemed nice and we were seated promptly, and greeted promptly as well. Started off well, salad and appetizer came out in decent time. The chicken wonton appetizer was delicious, would have been better with appetizer plates as to not have to reach across the table to eat. Here's where things went downhill, waters sat empty for about ten minutes, entrees came about 40 minutes after appetizers were finished. Without coming by our waitress did not check on us or ask if she could do anything, instead she simply avoided our table as to avoid any confrontation. Entrees finally came out, but wow were they not worth the wait. Extremely disappointed, if you are going here to dine, think twice, I'd advise you order a beer and maybe an appetizer, otherwise run. Our waitress didn't mention her name so she will not be mentioned or put on blast. Good day.

I have been here 3-4 times over the past year, and each time the food was great! I've tried the fish n' chips, salad, parmesan chicken, burger, and all were good. Their root beer is tasty, and so is their Berry Beer and Hefeweizen. If you save room for dessert, get a Pazooki! I have had good servers, but the kitchen is not very fast so plan time for a longer lunch/dinner.

I ordered a California chicken club sandwich, once I got to the second half I discovered they had left the paper attached to the cheese slice. Showed our waitress. Then a guy I assume was the manager came over, apologized, took the sandwich off our bill, asked if he could grab me anything else but eating paper made me lose my appetite. So that was it. Still had to pay the rest of our bill and heard a under-the-breath apology so no other customers would hear what was going on. Very unprofessional and unconcerned with the situation.

My wife and I eat lunch here and had wonderful service from our server Michael in the bar. I had the chicken fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy and it was perfect.
