The Adelaide Running Crew are a social running group who offer a wide variety of personal running training in a supportive and friendly atmosphere. The group is very open and anyone is free to stop by and train with us.

Each week we have two core training sessions; Wednesdays are interval based training sessions that focus on speed, strength and overall fitness. The sessions are fantastic for seeing real improvements in race times and general fitness. We meet at the Elder Park Rotunda at 6pm. Saturday morning runs start at 8am and the location varies each weeks (check our website for location details). These are our group runs where we aim for distance and time to build endurance and stamina.
