Are you intimidated by the idea of joining a gym? If so, you are not alone. The gym experience can be overwhelming. It can be as confusing as a calculus equation or as frightening as a medieval torture chamber. If you’re a gym novice, you will need guidance and someone to answer all your questions. Do you have water available for hydration?

Yes. Refreshing cold water is available. In the future, there will be a variety of samples available from the Medifast 5 & 1 Plan for clients to help reach their ideal weight.

Is it better to stretch before or after I exercise?

You should stretch before and after you work out. Light stretching before exercise can prevent injuries from occurring and stretching post-exercise can help to reduce muscle tension and increase flexibility.
