Super fast service, reasonable prices, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Loved it, will be back next year and I have already referred friends.

This place was just amazing. I'm a local and I went for brunch one Sunday. The service was amazing, especially in a city that includes an automatic gratuity that makes servers complacent. Our server was fantastic, accidentally charged us for an item we didn't order, but took the charge off and still let my friend drink the extra drink. Because of that, we tipped more than the 18% included. The food was absolutely delicious; I had the eggs benedict with short rib, my friends had the burger and another had the chorizo hash. All of it was amazing. After brunch, the staff let us hang out by the pool and the sangria we ordered was some of the best I've ever had. I will be back. I want them to take my money.

I had a Brazilian done here a month ago. It was the fastest, cheapest, most pain free, and thorough Brazilian I have ever had. It's so worth; I'll be going to her for as long as I live in Boston. It is also the longest lasting Brazilian I have ever had; I don't know how to explain that.

Products routinely get stuck in the machines. I can't be the only one who complains about it. At least they offer to refund your money, which is why I gave them 1 star. It's still annoying because I would rather have my snack when I want it as opposed to $1.25 three weeks from now. It doesn't seem like they do anything to address the problem of machine jams. They've easily taken $10 from me in the last three years, but I didn't document it every time. I wish I had. Maybe they're crooks, maybe they're not, but their machines are terrible.

This place is just terrible. Overpriced, terrible quality, and workers who aren't quite "all there." After two and a half years of eating their slop (because it's just sooo convenient), it was time to write a review. They're getting one star from me because it's not possible to write negative stars. The sandwich place once made me a sandwich that was inedible, Panda Express made me sick, the sushi gave my roommate food poisoning, the salad ladies don't know the difference between the cilantro ranch dressing (green) and the red pepper cumin dressing (red-brown), my pizza once had a gross hair on it, and the chicken salad sandwiches at Campus Convenience are always disgustingly soggy. I can't believe they have the nerve to charge students for this garbage.

So this place is super weird. They apparently own the laundromat next door and advertise a drop off service, but when I went I was told the woman who does that had left for the day. (It's weird because you have to take your clothes into the deli, not the laundromat.) That's fine, but then the guy explained that they only do it when they have 4 or 5 loads to do. I wasn't sure whether he meant I needed to bring 5 loads in (impossible, even with the obnoxious amount of clothes I own) or whether they had to accumulate 5 loads from different individuals (how do you accumulate them when you turn customers away?). I've been known to bring 3)+ pounds of clothing in for washing and I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
