Google search console formerly known as webmaster tools is now 9 days out of date! That is amazing. The data is always 3 days out of date but this is a new record. What can we do? Ab so lute ly na da. Google says "Suck it up it's a free service". Same with Gmail, Drive, Google Analytics, Search, Maps, Youtube, G+, My Business, etc etc. So please consider what you would do if all of the Google services were unavailable for 9 days.

Google has a great suite of website testing tools, this one is to check your structured data (schema.org) and see how you are really describing your business to the search engines. Very handy for finding errors in your structured data which are pinpointed by the tool to highlight your code mistakes. Thanks be to Goo, I declare verily that it is a cool tool!

Google launches "My Business" within Google+ business pages. No more Google places! Yay! From the one "My Business" page we get access to our linked website's Google analytics, G+ reviews (and our responses to reviews), as well as posting to the G+ page including pics, photos, videos etc. PLUS Insights into the G+ page and the ability to start a Hangout with one click which is quite handy. See Ashley Zeckman's take on Search Engine Watch.
